I created She Matters Health to give working women the support I saw so many desperately needed - clear, compassionate guidance through menopause, without judgement or pressure.

This is a safe space to understand what's happening in your body, regain confidence at work, and feel supported through every stage of menopause.

Through practical help, guidance and trusted resources, I provide coaching, a close knit community of like-minded women and honest conversations.  Ultimately to help women navigate change with confidence and to know they're never alone on this journey and further into their midlife.
